Doro Aged Gin

Gin description

Doro Aged Gin is a very special gin from 6 botanicals (wild juniper berries, mastic, sage, artemisia, myrtle leaves, orange and lemon peel), infused in grain alcohol and aged for 12 months in 70 years old chestnut barrels, that always contained a typical wine from Sardinia: Vernaccia reserve. The colour is light yellow gold, brilliant and crystalline and the smell is very attractive: hints of citrus, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and Mediterranean plants. The taste is opulent, smooth and persistent, with toasted halzenut notes, erbs and bitter almonds.
