Gin description

The Dillisk Gin has a subtle taste of Dillisk seaweed and the sea. The dillisk is distilled in small batches with our signature Glendalough base gin ingredients and 7 other botanicals including some from the coast that give it floral notes and connect the juniper and dillisk in a subtle way. It is suitable for drinking with a regular, premium tonic water, soda water or just spring water.
