Firkin Gin isn’t just another craft gin, but has an identity of its own with a mix of heritage and progressive attitude combined into a great-tasting spirit with integrity. Our signature London style dry gin is made in the time-honoured way by redistilling carefully selected botanicals which are traditional line up of juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, and orris root. There there’s a short maturation in an American Oak whisky cask. It is during this time that the colour of the gin changes to an alluring golden hue, and the oak influence travels throughout the flavour journey with delicate notes of toffee, caramel, vanilla and sweet oak infused into the spirit. The result of our process is a perfect spirit which is bottled at 46% abv, with each batch having its own completely unique cask genre character.
