In our Martini Style Gin, 17 botanicals combine to produce an incredibly smooth profile. Medium juniper notes and a complex blend of spices with a long warm finish. A great gin, simply, on it’s own. Scratch Distillery only uses organic, Non-GMO products. The wheat and other grains come from Fairhaven Organic in Skagit Valley, the potatoes come from Warden, WA, and the botanicals come from near (as close as the balcony) and far.
