Soil & Soul Handcrafted Riesling Gin

Gin description

Since November 2016, we provide in cooperation with the Birkenhof Distillery from the Westerwald a handcrafted Riesling Gin ago. To the juniper, the Botanicals grapefruit, kumquat and pink pepper berries are distilled. The gin is aged four months in oak barrels in which our Johannisberg Riesling Old Vines was expanded earlier. In addition, the Gin gets a Johannisberger Vogelsang Riesling infusion by the barrels are regularly supplied filled with Riesling. The artist's label was designed by the painter and printmaker Michael Rheingau Apitz.
