Gilbach Gin is a collaboration between Alessandro Gilmozzi, chef of the restaurant El Molin di Cavalese, and his sous chef Andreas Bachmann. Together they created a true mountain gin. Gilbach Gin is a perfect combination of tastes, smells and textures: the ingredients that make up Gilbach Gin are all natural and collected personally by the creators of this gin. Discover the fruity plum notes, cherry, hazelnut and slight hints of lemon and elderflower, but also juniper balsamic, resin, anise and rosemary. It's a very balanced, fine and persistent gin, with a return of fruity aromas.
