Gin “Collection de Bigarades”

Gin description

Gin made from a selection of three varieties of Bigarades, also known as bitter oranges. The nose presents a complex nose of mandarins, oranges, rosemary and pine buds on a bed of juniper berries. The palate is full-bodied, fat, with notes of cardamom and pepper.
