Gin de Binche - Apple and Pear

Gin description

This gin brings together apple and pear from our region in a smooth, fruit-forward profile. Triple distillation gives it a particularly soft texture, while preserving a clear expression of the fruit. Fresh fruit is used both in the still and in the botanical basket, following a cross-distillation technique that strengthens the balance of the whole. A very light touch of natural vanilla completes the profile without overshadowing the purity of the distillation.
