Gin description
Gin du Sommelier, designed and produced with my friend Simon Thompson, and matured in barrels at Château Labouade, in Sauternes. Elegant and intense, with a silky texture, its complex notes of spices will bring originality and length, whether tasted neat, in a cocktail or in my favorite Gin & Tonic.
