Ginnifer Gin

Gin description

With nine carefully selected botanicals including Meen, a native ingredient from the South Coast of Western Australia, Ginnifer Gin has been handcrafted in a single small batch and aged in a French Oak Barrique, taking on a beautiful golden hue. The gin is removed from the barrel only when the distiller is happy with the flavour and the result is an incredibly smooth and aromatic Gin. Notes of Juniper and aniseed mingle with gentle vanilla and nut from the oak.
