Gin description

Fresh, dynamic, focused, current ... Osmoz Citrus is the well thought out creation unveiled by Elodie Vallet. Made from grapes such as the very first gin-based spirits, this gin is a continuation of the eaux-de-vie developed to date by the family. Beautiful composition, complex, and harmonious, this 46% gin titrant is perfect for consumption cocktail, Gin Fizz or Gin Tonic. On the nose, Osmoz Citrus seems more accessible with fresh notes of juniper complemented by notes of citrus (orange and lemon). The balsamic and resinous notes are faded in favor of subtle aromas of licorice and fruits (apple, apricot). This gin opens with fresh vegetal notes of cucumber and coriander, complementing the well-known citrus notes. The finish is fresh and spicy, finishing on a subtle hint of clove and saffron. On the palate, the attack is very floral, very typical juniper, supple and fat. The aromatic notes evolve towards nuances of nuts (almonds). The orange, very present, brings some fresh bitterness. The aromatic expression evolves towards orange blood orange. The final is, for its part, very pleasant, very fresh, and especially very long.
