Griffon Old Tom

Gin description

We barrel aged our Griffon Gin in a toasted oak barrel for 3 months and the result is nothing short of spectacular. The toasted oak blends with the juniper, coriander, cardamom, orange peel, elder flower, and pepper from the gin. The oak adds a unique vanilla component which brightens and balances an already complex gin to make something truly magnificent. It is delightful enough to enjoy on its own or can be paired to make distinctly, well crafted cocktails.
