Gin description

Our Two developed together with Andy Brewer and Nico Corbesier Hotel-restaurant Les Eleveurs in Halle. They came up with the idea of ​​developing a gin which also fits perfectly with seafood. The botanicals include in addition to juniper, coriander also bergamot citrus, black tea, pepper and Quechua Japanese algae. The alcohol comes from Jonagold apples from orchards around the farm.
