Serbia's 1st Premium Craft Gin. Inspired by traditional Serbian herbal medicine. Locally sourced highest quality botanicals including: Wild Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelika Root, Great Yellow Gentian Root, Wild Bilberry, Yarrow & 2 secret ingredients. From a small limited batch.Individually hand bottled, numbered & labelled. Slowly distilled in custom built Barbut Copper Still for 6 hours. Only the finest cut above 80% ABV was collected prior to cutting the spirit with ultra pure water to drinking strength. Inspiration: The motivation to create the Hajduk Spirit London Dry Gin was to bring to life a gin that embodies the proud rebellious nature of the Serbian 19th Century freedom fighters know as Hajduks (Hai-dooks). As they waged guerilla warfare from the mountains and forests against the Ottoman Empire they foraged and lived off the land. A land rich in wild berries and herbs that have been used for centuries in traditional Serbian medicine.Wishing to create a unique flavour profile native to Serbia we drew inspiration from the very same botanicals to create the Hajduk Spirit London Dry Gin.
