Gin description

Hernö High Coast Terroir is a vintage gin distilled once per year with locally picked botanicals. A forest symphony with northern notes letting trumpet chantarelle add spicy notes balanced with the freshness from sorrel. To complement this, the classic Hernö characteristic meadowsweet, lingonberries and juniper berries as the predominant flavor. Round notes of juniper in the nose with a floral touch from meadowsweet and a herbal elegance. Fresh and mellow juniper taste with distinct floral notes and sophisticated herbs. Dry, stiff finish with a long-lasting spiciness and freshness from trumpet chanterelle and sorrel.
