The Hexagone Signature gin is refined for almost 6 months in oak barrels that have contained Rivesaltes Ambré for 15 years. This version of Hexagone offers notes of candied oranges, candied apricots and subtle touches of honey and vanilla for a nice roundness in the mouth. The first and only gin with a finish in Rivesaltes Ambré! Hexagone Signature is a limited edition, 967 bottles, all numbered. Can be enjoyed dry, in Negroni or in Gin&Tonic with a neutral tonic or lemon hyssop and a zest of lime.
