High Fir Barrel Aged Gin

Gin description

The basis of our Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin is our classic High Fir welzheimer wald dry gin. This is stored for nine months in bourbon casks from the Garrison Brother Distillery in Texas. This unites the fine aromas of the fir with the typical wooden barrel accents, creating a wonderfully full-bodied, soft and slightly sweet noble distillate. A unique aged gin. We deliberately took a lot of time to produce this special gin from the wooden barrel. The High Fir Barrel Aged Gin was refined by storing it in a bourbon barrel for nine months. Due to the wooden barrel storage, the aroma is characterized by notes of vanilla and tannins. The bourbon barrel from the Garrison Brother Distillery in Texas also gives the High Fir Barrel Aged Gin fruity notes, citrus aromas and walnut accents. The special aroma results from the lightly toasted oak barrel made from American oak.
