We wanted to grow our family and so have produced a 38% fruity Gin. We have taken our Recipe No.1 and blushed it with Elderflower, Raspberry, Strawberry and a little bit of blackberry to produce not a pink Gin but a full blooded Red Gin. Try this little beauty with an Elderflower or even a pomegranate and basil tonic and garnish with simple fresh Raspberry We hope you enjoy our Gin with the same level of pleasure that we have making it!
