Gin description

Unlike other spirits, Horizon Gin is produced entirely in Idaho from farm to bottle using regionally-sourced Russet and Burbank potatoes. Master distillers craft it in small batches using water sourced from the Snake River Aquifer, which runs beneath the distillery.
