Gin description

Ibex Gin Red Chili edition is a dry gin with an intense and expressive nose, it first reveals citrus notes then a vegetal side with juniper and a subtle chilli. It has a nice texture on the palate, the pepper gives a spicy start which then harmonizes with the citrus notes where the orange takes over slightly and brings roundness.
