Gin description
John Tony was a barber known for his slick style sharp cuts, and smooth shaves. His closer customers however, knew and loved him for his refined secret recipe, to brew a one of a kind gin. During the prohibition crackdown of the 1920's John was slammed behind bars, and the recipe was doomed to be forgotten. Luckily a curious event saved the recipe from oblivion as four guys from Amsterdam saw a bottle floating through the canals. Upon opening the bottle, the recipe was uncovered, a secret revealed... How its made is our secret now.. What its made of we are more than happy to share. At the base of John Tony's gin is a mix of herbs and spices, consisting of liquorice root, cardamom, rosemary, staranice, and of course juniper berry. To balance the spice palette, orange blossom is added. And to finish, a hint of blood orange and lemon are put in to the mix to keep it fresh.
