Juillet Gin

Gin description

Distilled in a very small alembic, dating back to the 1800s, this gin is made from French organic wheat alcohol. The "botanicals" are put in maceration directly in the alembic according to an old recipe taken from the collection of old books of Guillaume Ferroni. Besides this bouquet of classical herbs, among which fresh notes have been highlighted, the still also receives a "basket" of fresh fruits from Provence (apricot, melon, peach) typical of July. This fruity distillation spreads over the months of July to August. Nose: fragrant, exuberant, roundness and freshness. Palate: heavy and fruity notes of apricot and summer fruits, night flowers with heady perfumes. Finale: Vosges candy, delicate and discreet aniseed notes.
