Jynerva Cornish Organic Gin

Gin description

Jynerva - meaning Gin in Cornish - is a hand crafted gin made from organic botanicals many of which are grown at Atlantic Brewery’s distillery or wild harvested across Cornwall from coast to moor. Blended with their own drawn water and distilled slowly in ‘Guinevere’ their bain-marie still. Jynerva has a hint of oranges on the nose, but not masking the juniper. The orange continues on the tongue with a dry finish.
