This gin from Kasterlee is made with pumpkin seeds, mastentop and other local, Kempen botanicals. The result is a balanced flavor with a rich palette of fine buttons, with a subdued bitterness. The taste sensation proceeds balanced and intense but does not lead to an explosion of the taste buds or a disturbing residual bitter taste.
