"Ginny" our Highland Coo, is the first in our artist edition series. Illustrated by Scottish artist Kat Baxter, "Ginny" is depicted using juniper, rosehip, rowan berry, orange and lemon which we use to distil this gin. This gin is juniper led with citrus and floral notes on the nose. Dry to taste initially, the gin opens beautifully when served over ice with the addition of a quality tonic. Expect citrus notes and a lovely floral finish lingering in the palate. Each bottle in this 2000 bottle release will be individually numbered and signed.
