Peacock Smooth Gin

Gin description

Peacock is a round, structured Gin, which behind the resinous juniper generously expresses these aromas of citrus and anise. It is the assembly of locally produced and malted cereals, of a slow triple distillation, in a still, ironed still, heated with wood and 15 aromatic plants added before the third distillation. In addition to the classic juniper and coriander, hops and berry seeds harvested on-site provide the finishing touch to the Peacock Smooth Gin. Very concentrated in aromatics, and without any additive, it is naturally turbid when it is stretched with a little water.
