Gin description
Ko-on Japanese Style Gin IP-02 is based on a full-bodied distilled spirit, plus seven types of botanicals as well as juniper berry, which is the core of this gin. The difference with Ko-on Gin IP-01 is the botanical formula. IP-01 has a fresh citrus character, while IP-02 is a gin with a sweet aroma and spicy flavor, derived from the botanicals.
