Koon Japanese Gin is a fascinating blend of barley, sweet potatoe and grape brandies. This blend has been infused with juniper and local herbs from the Nagano area. The quotation mark however is the Yuzu fruit, also known as Japanese lemon. It gives this gin lightness and makes it an extraordinary experience not only as longdrink, but also enjoyed straight.
