Gin description

Aromatic built around the forest universe. The spruce needle and juniper berry being the 2 key ingredients, the resinous and vegetal side are reinforced by hops, thyme, rosemary, cardamom and Vaudois honey. Very aromatic, it is appreciable as a digestive as well as in a gin and tonic, where it will not be drowned out by the mixer. Its vegetal side will make it a solid candidate for a Negroni.
