This so-called “dry” gin is a smooth and perfectly balanced spirit, crafted from a variety of fruits and herbs. The juicy Jonagold apple, grown locally, plays a key role, enhanced by orange, black pepper, thyme, and cinnamon, among other ingredients. This gin is best enjoyed in good company.
