This organic gin is an aromatic creation inspired by the Lieu-dit “Les Ribauds” cuvée. A methodical tasting of vintages and still wines from 2014 to 2022 enabled Laurent Vaillant, Cellar Master at Maison Lombard, to precisely define its aromatic profile and select the appropriate botanicals. Through this distilled gin, Maison Lombard offers a unique olfactory experience that bridges the refined world of champagne with that of quality spirits.
