Gin description
The exciting project of Ballix mango was born from the innovative spirit and effort of two large companies in the sector: Trops, leader in production and marketing of mango, and Murex, pioneer in the manufacture of craft beer. Gin Ballix is the first gin with natural mango produced in Spain, specifically in the subtropical coast of the Axarquía. In 2016 the Hugo distiller was born, whose distillation towers of more than 9 meters, bubble plates and final column condenser help distill the same ethanol and water at different temperatures and obtain a gin of the highest quality. In the botanical tower, which allows working with "steam infused", the ethanol in gas phase passes through the botanists, in a unique and controlled proportion and combination. The pulp of the mango Osteen is macerated in gin for 12 hours, for a subsequent process of pressing and multiple filtering to become Ballix Mango, from which 1,000 liters per day are distilled. To drink alone with ice or with your favorite mixer, we recommend adding a few pieces of dehydrated mango as a special topping. Its passage through the mouth is soft and pleasant, delicate with very natural and tropical flavors, highlighting above all the mango, it is a gin very easy to drink and extremely versatile in mixology.
