To make the Löwen Dry Gin a Wood Gin, it takes time and a good sense of the right timing. In our Löwenkeller we let the Löwen Dry Gin mature in thick oak barrels for 6 months. The result is a round, soft gin with a fine wooden barrel note and the characteristic hue. The Löwen Wood Gin is best served at room temperature, so it can unfold its multi-faceted taste.
