Mad Owl Gin Rhubarb is a fantastic seasonal drink with lots of rhubarb flavor, fresh ginger and a nice, sweet rounding. As a gin liqueur, it is drinkable directly from the bottle, preferably with a shot of lime and an ice cube, but try with Indian tonic, a strip of orange peel and a little basil on top. Then there is both a little extra good for the eye and a mild spicy experience for the palate. Botanicals include rhubarb, fresh ginger, juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemon peel, grains of paradise and orris root. We distill the gin in the traditional way with herbs directly in the copper kettle and in the herb basket, which is mounted on the gooseneck. The result is a series of tasty and very characteristic gin variants, which are clear in their profile and easy to mix.
