Made on the Emerald Coast in Brittany, Malouin's Blé Noir is an Old Tom gin. It is a blend of Malouin's Original & a distillation of buckwheat and Breton honey. Honey is produced by the bees of Beezh Api, which forage on buckwheat used in distillation. This recipe gives a softer & more fragrant gin.
