Gin description

Crafted from the purest, smoothest grain spirit and bottled at a modest 37.5% to showcase the delicate botanical profile. The gin contains a total of 10 botanicals, including 5 flower petals. Richly floral with notes of sweet rose, tart hibiscus and a gently spiced finish, the stand-out botanical is a tiny pinch of hand-harvested Fennel Pollen (otherwise known as Spice of Angels) which leaves sweet, Spring-like fennel lingering on the palate.
