Gin description

We are a unique, true craft gin producer. That is, we hand charge our 'state of the art' still with grain alcohol and botanicals, then distill to produce the finished gin. No flavour elements are added after the product leaves the still. Everyone knows Dale - one of the founders - to be a chilli head so no surprise with this creation. But, this will not blow your socks off. Real deep smoke, real heat, but certainly gin. It has been said that this is like a liquid Mexican meal – with a buzz. Strong coriander notes from the start with the juniper coming a moment later, this then turns to a wooden chilli flavour with great smokiness to it. A nice heat then forms in the mouth building on each sip leaving you with dry, savoury chilli notes.
