Mead District Premium Dry Gin is a collaboration between Honey Spirits and Derbyshire Meadery drawing inspiration from the wild nature of the Peak District and the bees that we keep on our land. Our recipe is an 'old school' classic London Dry packed with an intense flavour and plenty of juniper. A wonderfully complex gin made with 8 natural botanicals with the wild mint, chamomile, blackcurrant leaf and raw honey all foraged and produced from our home next to the pristine Lathkill river. The addition of our mead as a botanical provides this gin with an extra dimension of flavour and allows us represent the unique terroir of our distillery and products.
