Mille Gin is inspired by the wine and champagne farmers with their Millésime. Every year under the same brand name, I bring only one load on the market, each time with a different aroma. This year is that citrus. With 'Mille' in the brand, I therefore limit myself to 1,000 bottles a year. They also feature a sturdy golden turntable and have a strong alcohol percentage of 44%. From respect for the craft of distillation, Mille Gin needs a spicy or fruity additive. Mille Gin contains, in addition to the alcohol aromas, water-soluble aromas. By adding ice cubes, this gin continually evolves into your glass to create a well balanced refreshing aperitif.
