Gin description

Moon Gin is made using the famous London Dry Gin technique. The ingredients of our Gin infuse slowly for at least 48 hours to enhance all their aromas. A unique recipe that brings freshness and intensity to our spirits. Juniper berry -Combawa lemon (lime from Reunion Island) -Goji berries (red berries from China) -Coriander berries -Timut pepper (or grapefruit pepper, from Nepal) -Pimento d'Espelette from the Basque Country An exotic nose: we find predominantly aromas of lime sublimated by aromas of juniper berry. On the back, we perceive aromas of red fruits and grapefruit. On the palate: a nice roundness is brought thanks to a slow distillation, which dominates the impression of bitterness of juniper berries. The finish is slightly spicy, accompanied by flavors of lemongrass.
