Tellicherry Peppercorns are highlighted in this bold, yet sophisticated gin. Select botanicals and Alberta Rye sourced from local farmers sets the stage for this incredibly flavourful expression of gin. When we set out to create this spirit we sourced a variety of peppercorn types. Our goal? To gain a fuller understanding of this spice and its potential. Impressed with his knowledge of all things pepper, as well as the direct relationship he has with farmers in India using sustainable practices, we opened up a dialog with Scott Eirinberg. We are now importing his Tellicherry peppercorns and are amazed at what it has done for this gin. Alberta grown Rye sourced locally sets the stage for Raw Peppercorn Gin, lending an earthy spiciness that complements the deep flavour of the Tellicherry peppercorns. Our distillation harmoniously balances the bold flavours of Tellicherry Peppercorns with select botanicals. This gin proudly pushes every boundary of what you thought Gin was.
