Gin description

Aromatic sweetness from the local organic apple Red Love. Fresh juice is gently reduced with Madagascar vanilla and cane sugar and used to blend the gin to bottle strength – giving apple notes, sweetness and fresh acidity from this brilliant little apple. Botanicals include Juniper, Root of liquorice, Coriander,Seeds of anise, Pink pepper, Lime, Lemon, Orange and Lemon grass.
