Gin description

Thomas Bjørn - also known as "The Great Dane" is the most successful Danish golfer in the world. Besides a passion for the game, he is also dedicated to the good quality of food and beverages. Thomas's favorite drink is Gin and Tonic, so together we have developed a new gin as a homage to him, expressing his personal taste preference. The name of Gin 15-3 refers to Thomas Bjørn's 15 victories on the European Tour and 3 victories in the Ryder Cup. We have promised to change the name when new victories arrive. We have selected blue cornflowers to support the fresh citrus and lemongrass. This gives the gin a nice delicate, refleshing floral flavor. The fresh air from the course is sensed through citrontimian, anise and fennel. Botanicals include juniper, fennel, aniseed, cloves, pink pepper, coriander seeds, lemongrass, citrontimian, blue cornflower and fresh shell from lime and lemon.
