The inner city Sydney microbrewer Young Henry’s has been raising eyebrows as one of the leading small craft distilleries in the country. Now it has excelled itself releasing a genuine hand craft, small batch Aussie version of the classic London Dry style gin – Noble Cut Gin. The classic botanicals are all there in the distilling process, however the microbrewers have injected the uniquely Australian taste through the addition of locally sourced botanicals such as Australian pepperberry and bush tomato, along with a pinch of cascara and Australian-grown sencha.
