Gin description

Only 6 weeks ripening in two 130 liters New American oak barrels leaves a huge impact. Short enough to preserve the freshness of the citrus, but long enough for a nice wood impact that leaves traces of fresh ginger, slightly smoky and which seems to push the juniper to a new height. As far as we are concerned, a very successful first ripening experiment.
