Nordisk Gin

Gin description

The Nordisk Gin is in addition to juniper distilled with botanicals from Greenland, Iceland Sweden and Denmark - most of it is hand picked. From Greenland we use the botanical called qajaasat in Greenlandic, from Iceland we use angelica seeds, from Sweden we use cloudberries and from Denmark we use wild rose flowers, elderflowers and sea buckthorn. We also use our own apple spirit made from fermented and distilled Danish apples as a part of the initial spirit for the Nordisk Gin. We make three different distillations using juniper in all of them and the other botanicals in different mixes. Afterwards we blend the three different parts in a specific ratio - getting the best out of our botanicals.
