Nordlys Gin was created after an in-depth collaboration between the Dendooven family and master distiller De Moor. Nordlys Gin is a beautiful blend of citrus and an extensive range of herbs, straight from our Belgian coast. A lively and pleasant gin with floral undertones at first, then more complex and powerful due to the spicy ingredients. Elegant, round and refined in character with a unique salty touch due to the use of the brackish ground plant “zemelde”. Distilled in a traditional copper alembic, an unparalleled and delicious gin is obtained.
