Norlyk Rhubarb Gin is made from second-year juniper berries and locally grown rhubarb. The taste is clean and soft, with a light sweetness and acidity from the fresh rhubarb. Norlyk Distillery is a micro-distillery located in Tønder. The distillery was founded by Jesper Norlyk and Claus Norlyk in 2020.
