Gin description

Blended Nut Green Apple is part of a range of infusions, macerations and mixtures of Nut London dry gin with natural organic botanical ingredients produced in collaboration with professionals in the cocktail and gastronomy sector. Like Nut London dry gin, it is made in the Empordà in an artisanal way and in small batches. In this version, the MOOMA team, cider makers and natural apple juices, propose to mix the gin with a natural concentrate made at low temperature of Granny Smith and Golden apples (with Poma de Girona Protected Origin Indication) cultivated in the Empordà, which gives the gin a sweet, acid touch, with the characteristic apple flavor and an attractive golden color. The apple of Girona is of integrated production, which minimizes the use of agrochemical products and favors the diversity of the agricultural ecosystem.
