Together with Oliver Matter of the distillery Matter-Luginbühl in Kallnach and Adrian Baumgartner by Paul Ullrich AG he has the OJO DE AGUA GIN developed this year. From the finest Argentine ingredients and spices a unique Dry Gin distilled in the Bernese Seeland. This fragrant gin is flavored with lemons from Tucumán, Mate, brandy from Dieter Meier's Malbec and a Brombeergeist from organic berries of Ojo de Agua farm. Balanced, fruity, baked with Argentine character and Swiss precision, this gin was launched on 13 March 2015 in Switzerland.
